Helena Yang TNT North Asia and China TNT HR Director Helena Yang(杨晓海) is HR Director, TNT North Asia and China. She has more than 18 years working experience in human resources field, and worked in Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Akzo Nobel and Bekaert before joining TNT. As a sophisticated leader of TNT North Asia and China, she focuses on our operational philosophy P-S-G-P (People-Service-Growth-Profit) and accomplishes great achievement, especially in employee development. Meanwhile, she leads HR team to cascade and install the core values of TNT "Sure We Can" culture to our employees as well as customers to increase customer experience and employee sense of belonging.As the first express international company that was recognized by Investors in People, TNT China ranked No. 1 in employee engagement in 2008.
