Helena Yang(ÑîÏþº£) is HR Director, TNT North Asia and China. She has more than 18 years working experience in human resources field, and worked in Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Akzo Nobel and Bekaert before joining TNT. As a sophisticated leader of TNT North Asia and China, she focuses on our operational philosophy P-S-G-P (People-Service-Growth-Profit) and accomplishes great achievement, especially in employee development. Meanwhile, she leads HR team to cascade and install the core values of TNT "Sure We Can" culture to our employees as well as customers to increase customer experience and employee sense of belonging.As the first express international company that was recognized by Investors in People, TNT China ranked No. 1 in employee engagement in 2008. In addition, TNT China won three prestigious HR Awards, Most Popular Employer of 2009, 100 Best HRM Companies, and Best Corporate Culture Management of 2009.Helena has a master degree of Hong Kong University with major of integrated marketing communications, and also a diploma of Penn State University with international human resource.

TNT North Asia is a business unit of TNT Express, and includes mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. TNT Mainland China offers international express services and domestic road transportation services. It has 34 international express branches and 3 international gateways. Through TNT-Hoau, TNT¡¯s wholly-owned subsidiary in China, TNT manages China¡¯s most extensive private domestic road transportation network, consisting of 1,500 depots served by 56 domestic hubs that cover 600 cities across China.
