Li ZuGang, graduated in catholic University of Leuven, Belgium in 2005. With majoring in Corporate Training, he was engaged by Bosch-Siemens, FIVES CRYO Ltd., China mobile Zhejiang branch, Simcere pharmaceutical group to perform training management. As training manager of Learning Academy of Siemens healthcare, he has been being dedicated to propagandizing training integration in terms of cross-functional experience and academic knowledge. He is practitioner and persevered thinker in core training issues. For instance, how to make training value added to corporate, how to build effective human capital for long term, and so on.
