Phil has worked with over 100 corporations across china in various industries, through which he gained his deep knowledge of helping the client dealing with today’s business challenge and transformation needs. Phil started researching and developing Edward de Bono thinking skills training programs in 2004. He is also the dBTS Certified Trainer of Six Thinking Hats©, Lateral ThinkingTM and Power of PerceptionTM. Now Phil is the GM of de Bono China Shanghai office, in charge of the business in East China region. |
