He manages large engagements with DDI clients in China that involve competency based HR systems. His clients include DuPont, Sony Ericsson, Skoda, COFCO, CGN, LiNing, and Metersbonwe etc. Previously, HC had built and implemented competency-based selection processes , performance management and leadership development systems at the corporate level when he was the chief HR officer in Delta Electronics. As a result, the organization became a sizable Taiwanese MNC, listed on Business Week's "Info Tech 100” and Forbes Asia’s “Fabulous 50” (2008). |
