Jiang Hong Carlisle(AP) HR Director Shirley Studied in Chinese East Normal University and was awarded bachelor degree of Art. Later on, she enrolled in MBA courses in Donghua University and gained the master degree. Shirley has gained her solid Human Resources management experience and assumed the senior HR position during her tenure in working several multi-national companies, such as Johnson＆Johnson, Dell Computer, Honeywell and LVMH Christine Dior Perfume and Cosmetics. Her HR expertise is on organization designing, HR process＆policies reengineering, building up leadership pipeline＆talent development. She led the team successfully ceased several working stoppage cases in critical situation and gained her credits from the company senior leadership team. Shirley also involved in company merge and acquisition. She is experienced in integrating the different culture values during the course. Shirley was assigned as company internal trainer and conducted the training courses such as “Change Management”, “Essential Supervision”, “Interview Skills”, “Performance Management” and “Crucial Conversation” etc. |
