Shirley Yang AstraZeneca(China) Senior Sales Learning Development Director Yang Xiaomin(Shirley Yang) is a Senior Sales learning development director for AstraZeneca China. She is responsible for leading training team to train and develop sales force in regions, helping them to enhance their capabilities through setting up systems to transfer learning to job continuously. She focuses on leading team to provide high quality training courses in a professional way. Shirley spent 12 years in the pharmaceuticals Industry starting her career in 1995 with Roche Pharmaceuticals .In recently 9 years, she took her sales training responsibilities in both Medtronic ＆ Astrazeneca and accumulated fruitful experience in training affairs, such as need analysis, training course design,development delivering as well as training evaluation tools development. Shirley has the Certification of MBTI TTT, DDI and SL-II TTT. |
