Mr. Benjamin Lan Managing Director China Vistage Mr. Lan is now the Managing Director of Vistage China. He is a pioneer of Talent Management Industry in China, with over 15 years Leadership experience in Talent. In 1994, from scratch he founded the first local professional Executive Search firm in mainland China, Standard Management Ltd. In 2003, Mr. Lan initiated a successful merger with Manpower Inc., the biggest HR Service company in U.S., leading to a joint venture named as Manpower-Standard Human Resources Ltd., after which he remained as Board Director. Mr. Lan graduates from Central China University of Science & Technology with Bachelor degree of Engineering, in addition he possesses an EMBA degree from Washington University-FuDan University. Mr. Lan is a frequent speaker at various business forums contributing thoughts about talent management and leadership development in China. |
