Monica Huang PWC HRM
Monica is a Manager of the HR Advisory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, based in Shanghai office. Monica has accumulated over 7 years’ experience in human resource consulting. Before joining PwC, Monica has worked as a Project Manager for another leading international HR consulting firm. Monica has led and participated in multiple projects focusing on Organization Development and Human Resources, including HR strategy and planning, M&A related HR services, culture assessment and change, organization structure design, compensation and performance management system development, competency modeling and career planning. Monica received her MBA with distinction from INSEAD France. She obtained her bachelor degree from Fudan University, Shanghai. She is also a certified “Global Remuneration Professional” by WorldatWork Association.
Monica has led numerous HR due diligence projects for clients in electronics, automotive, banking, retail, etc. industries to assess HR related risks; constructed HR cost models for future integration and business development; helped client to assess the readiness of a target company for future integration focusing on management and culture assessment, and implement a post-deal HR integration and communication plan. Monica has also led lots of HR consulting project in electronics, automotive, banking, insurance industries to review and improve the human resources system, including developing overall human resource strategy, department & job clarification, compensation structure design and inter-BU budgeting. She has also implemented compensation and performance management system for clients.
