Helen He Ingersoll Vice President, Asia Pacific Talent Management Ms. Helen He (He Hui) was Vice President, Asia Pacific Talent Management and Ingersoll Rand University with Ingersoll Rand, headquartered in Davidson, NC most recently. Helen was HR Director for PPG Industries - China, Greater China HR Director for Praxair and also Baxter Healthcare. In these roles, she was intimately involved in the decision making, strategy formulations and implementation of the strategic business plans, leadership development and succession planning. Helen worked for GE Asia for 5 years with a couple of executive HR leadership roles. She was responsible for the executive leadership development and success planning across all business units in Asia Pacific. Helen has had many years of hands on experience with developing company leaders to reach their highest potential by focusing on shaping their personal values and behaviors. She has been passionate about global leadership development for Chinese leaders by raising self-awareness and focusing on their critical challenges, with emphasis on the cultural implications of their decisions. She is a highly respected speaker and has frequently spoken to large groups on Human Resource trends and skills, Organization Development and Leadership Development. She was one of the most requested teachers at the GE Asia Learning Center. She is recognized as one of the top people in cultural awareness, leadership development and assessment for leaders in Asia and especially China, plus she currently mentors and coaches leaders from many multinational companies. Helen graduated with a Masters degree in Systems Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in Dalian. |
