彭耀强 DDI北京分公司 总经理 彭耀强先生现任DDI公司北京分公司总经理,拥有二十多年的人事管理经验。身为工商心理学家，他曾与多家跨国企业与新加坡企业提供人才选拔与人才管理整体方案的咨询服务。 在加入DDI 之前，他曾担任新加坡企业发展局的人事总监，华侨银行的人才管理副总裁，美国希捷科技公司的全球组织发展部总监，美国咨询公司资深顾问，以及新加坡国防部战地心理学家。彭耀强先生在2006年加入DDI新加坡分公司，出任营销总监。销售团队在他的带领下，成功打入政府部 门和当地企业市场。三年后，他晋升为DDI北京分公司总经理。他拥有上海交通大学工商管理硕士学位和英国谢菲尔德大学职业心理学理学硕 士以及新加坡管理学院人事管理专业研究生学历、赫尔大学心理学专业研究生学历 、新加坡国立大学文学士 ，并获多相个性测评认证，如迈尔斯-布里格斯性格分类法、斯特朗职业兴趣量表、加州人格量表、360度反馈、绩效管理及领导力项目。 |
