Linda Ling’s Bio Linda L. joined B&Q China Investment in Sept. 2007, after a 1-year Master degree study in Social Anthropology in U.K, with her previous 7-year sales training and development experience in Danone Biscuit and Shanghai Asia Pacific Brewery.
During past 3 years, B&Q China, in the macro environment of property market going up and down, has been undertaking its tremendous change with its Turnaround China Plan by 4 stages: Fixing Now, Securing future, Understanding Customer and Sustainable Growth.
Linda L developed in B&Q from T&D manager focusing on leadership training, to Internal Communication & ER during B&Q’s Fixing and Securing stage, and has been in position of Organization Development since Jun. 2009 with a team of 55 people. During the Customer Understanding stage, OD facilitated key organizational changes by creating innovative strategy communication approaches, launched B&Q University by integrating operational, commercial and managerial training resources and team and is now leading the Performance Management Activation program starting in areas of process, tools and measurements with Management Development Review (MDR) and Fast Track program integrated.
