Yafei Lu BP Reward and HR Operations Director in China Yafei Lu is Reward and HR Operations Director for BP China Holding Company, leading a team responsible for the total rewards policies design, consultancy and implementation in all business units.Yafei has 10 years working experience in HR area. She started her career in HR as consultant in Watson Wyatt in 1999, then joined Mercer HR consulting in 2001. She built up rich working experience in performance management, total rewards program design, organizational development. In 2005, she joined Accenture as Greater China Rewards Director, completed several major projects and established the total rewards system in her three years assignment. Yafei has a Master Degree in Applied Economics and Bachelor Degree of Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. |
