David H. Tai is IBM's Chief Talent Officer in the Growth Market. He is responsible in defining and executing an integrated talent management strategy for 3 regions: Asia Pacific, Latin America, and CEEMEA (Central East Europe and Middle East Africa). He spent 8 years teaching in colleges in China and in the U.S., 4 years in AT&T, and 12 years in IBM with various responsibilities in all aspects of learning, leadership development, and talent. He created many of the IBM talent related solutions with 2 patents and 2 copyrights.
Today he is using the Human Capital Management Strategy as an approach to solution IBM's talent challenges in the growth markets.
