Walter Chen, now serves as the Strategic recruiting director in MetLife China. He has the master degree of Finance from Fudan University and Bachelor degree of Human Resource management from Shanghai Jiaotong University. He has engaged in different business and human resources management in many fortune 500 companies such as the Bank of China, Alcatel-Lucent, Allianz Group. He also has engaged in performance management and talent development by foreign assignments. He has rich experiences in talent recruitment and development, employer branding, talent management, high performance culture shaping, organization development and transformation etc. He also take an active part in public welfare activities in spare time and provide career counseling and seminars for the college students.
