What is the CHCF about?
The CHCF is a summit meeting in the Chinese HR industry held by HRoot. CHCF seeks to provide HR managers with a forward-looking platform of sharing management methodologies, best practices, and new thoughts. The organizer HRoot is a leading HR media and Internet company in China that plays a critical role in the HR industry in Greater China.

CEOs, presidents, general managers, HR directors and managers, and HR professionals.

★ When will the CHCF 2012 be held?
Sept. 13rd -14th, 2012, 9am-5pm

★ Where will the CHCF 2012 be held?
It will be held at the Shanghai World Financial Center Forum (100 Century Avenue, Shanghai, China)

★ How much shall I pay to attend?
Regular ticket: RMB4,500 per person
VIP ticket: RMB6,000 per person

★ What is the difference between a regular ticket and a VIP ticket?
A regular ticket covers the cost of the lunches, conference kits, paper and pencil, and tea break in the two days.
A VIP ticket covers the cost of lunches, conference kits, paper and pencil, tea break, dinner party on the first night and a front row seat with desk.

★ How can I apply for the CHCF 2012?

★ Is there any discount for HRoot Institute members?
The admission for the first person is RMB2,800, while each of the other attendees is entitled to 30% discount (*This discount shall not be compounded with any other benefits).

★ Is there any discount for group participants?
Group participants of 5 or more can enjoy a 20% discount, and group participants of 10 or more can enjoy a 30% discount. (*This discount shall not be compounded with any other benefits).
★ Are there any other channels to obtain discount?
Visitors to the HRoot China Human Resources Services Expo 2012 is entitled to the special rate of RMB3,800 with the coupon in the brochure of the Expo.

★ How can I get the entrance ticket and the conference kit?
After you apply for the event and make the payment, we will send you the ticket. With both your ticket and business card, you can register on the 3/F of the forum site.
The conference kit is available on each seat on the first day, one kit for each participant. As the kit covers the agenda for both days, it is advisable for you to keep it with due care.

★ What should I pay attention to when I register?
Each participant should bring 1) your ticket and 2) business card to register—neither should be missed. After registration, you can get a badge that entitles you to get into the conference hall.

★ Can I take pictures or make video recordings on the site?
To maintain good order of the site and ensure its progress on the right track, no participant is allowed to take photos or make video recordings. Any violator will be denied of staying on the site.

★ What language will be spoken at the CHCF 2012? Will there be simultaneous interpretation service?
Except the workshop for Japanese enterprises, the CHCF is otherwise spoken in Chinese. Simultaneous interpretation is available at certain sessions. You can request earphones with valid ID document to hear the Chinese interpretation of the speech.

★ Is there any parking space near the conference site?
The Shanghai World Financial Center has a total of 1,100 metered parking spaces that are open around the clock, yet you should absorb the parking fee yourself.

Walking distance from Exit 6 of the Lujiazui Station, or from Exit 4 of the Dongchang Road Station

One minute’s ride from the Century Avenue ramp of the Yan’an Road Tunnel; five minutes ride from the Zhangyang Road Ramp of the East Fuxing Road Tunnel, and ten minutes from the Dongfang Road Ramp of the Dalian Road Tunnel.

From the Dongchang Road Ferry Station: Take bus No. 339 and get off at Pudong South Road Stop
★ From the Shanghai Pudong International Airport
By car: 40 km, app. 50 minutes’ ride
By maglev train:  Change to Metro Line No. 2 at Longyang Road Station and get off at Dongchang Road Station (app. 50 minutes in total)
Airport Shuttle Bus: Take Line 5 and get off at Dongfang Hospital stop (app. 70 minutes)

★ From the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport
By car: 25 kilometers, 40 minutes’ ride
By metro: Get off at Dongchang Road Station of Line 2 (50 minutes)

★ From the Shanghai Railway Station
Shanghai Station South Square: Take Metro Line 1 change to Line 2 at People’s Square, and get off at Dong Chang Road Station (40 minutes)
Shanghai Station North Square: Take Metro Line 4 and get off at Dong Chang Road Station (50 minutes)

★ From the Shanghai South Railway Station
Take Metro Line 3, change to Line No. 2 at the Zhongshan Park Station, and get off at the Dongchang Road Station (60 minutes), or,
Take Metro Line 1, change to Line No. 2 at People‘s Square Station and get off at Dongchang Road Station (50 minutes)

 Notice to Participants
★ Before the Forum begins
All participants should bring your entrance tickets with you.
After application the entrance tickets shall not be refunded; to transfer your  ticket, you should notify HRoot beforehand.
Without permission of HRoot, no enterprise or individual can re-sell or transfer the entrance tickets.
HRoot preserves the right to refrain from selling tickets to buyers who want to re-sell the tickets.
Participants who cannot speak Chinese should be accompanied by interpreters who should also buy tickets to enter.
HRoot is not held responsible for any extra cost except those covered by the entrance ticket, neither is it responsible for the cost of traffic or accommodation of participants.
In case of change to the meeting date caused by force majeure, registration will be arranged on the new date. If you are unable to participate on the revised dates, you will receive full refund.
HRoot will fully refund in case of the cancellation of the event.
All information is subject to changes, and all rights are reserved for HRoot.
★ During the Forum
Participants should wear the badge and may be inspected by onsite staff.
Each entrance ticket can allow only one person to enter. No child or pet is allowed.
Please do not make any noise.
Please switch off your mobile phone or other device to prevent them from beeping.
Please do not smoke in the meeting rooms, exhibition areas, corridors or any other public area.
All the sightseeing lifts will stop service during the event, please use the elevators instead.
Without approval in writing by HRoot or contents owners, no copying, public transmission, translation, change or reproduction is allowed.

★ Non-Urgent Medical Assistance
If you feel uncomfortable, please contact our on-site staff or go to the reception on the 3rd floor.
★ Fire Control
Participants are not allowed to carry inflammable and explosive materials to the venue, and are not allowed to randomly throw cigarette butts
Please remember the fire signs and the evacuation route
Please report to the staff of HRoot or WSFC when you find any acts that endanger public safety
Please follow the instruction of onsite staff in case of fire and evacuate from the fire escape.

★ Safety of the Forum Site
