Lin Lin has more than 16 years HR experience in Honeywell, IBM and UTC. She currently hold the position of HR Director of United Technology for China to drive HR functional transformation and service center delivery. She 1st assignment in UTC was HR director for Pratt & Whitney in China. Lin Lin also worked in IBM as HR Executive for Global Delivery Center where she overviewed 13,000 employee organization and leading a large HR team to provide HR support. In both IBM and UTC, Lin Lin is leader and advocator of Diversity and Women Leadership across China. Particularly in UTC, Lin Lin is the chairwomen for ‘Women Leadership’ council in China. Lin Lin received Bachelor degree from Shanghai University and EMBA from China European International Business School. With headquarters located in Farmington USA, United Technologies employs about 197,000 employees worldwide. With the sales revenue $61.047 billion in fiscal year 2015, United Technologies was ranked 136th in Fortune Global 500 2016.
