Zhong Ming is Head HR Services China, Korea and Taiwan China, in charge of HR services ranging from Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, HRIS and other HR Administrative. Before joining Syngenta, Zhong Ming worked in Share Service Center in Intel and Philips, with abundant experience of HR Services management.
Over the 15 years journey in HR Services, Zhong Ming witnessed and grew thru HR transformation from traditional human resource, system outsource, service insource, end to end outsource, to service model and service management transformation. With experience accumulated as core member of Intel Payroll outsource pilot and regional service insource, Zhong Ming led Syngenta End to End HR Outsourcing, established new targeting operating model and service management mechanism, and cultivated optimized HR services team and talent pipeline.
Zhong Ming holds a Master Degree on Business Administration from Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is pursuing GRP® and CCP® with WorldatWork.
