Caroline Wang, HR Director, Standard Chartered
Caroline Wang, now taking the position of Head of HR China, she is responsible for a full range of HR services and products, including talent acquisition, performance management and rewards, leadership and talent development, employee engagement and employee relationship, to support the growth of our business in China.

Caroline brings with her a wealth of HR experience of more than 25 years. Having worked at a few multinational companies in United States, Taiwan and China, she has established a strong track record in the areas of HR generalist, leadership development, change management, talent management, organisation development, and executive coaching.

Caroline graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a hospitality degree, and obtained MBA with Accounting Concentration from California State University, Los Angeles in 1994.
