Ms. Cindy Yan is currently the HR Executive Director, Sino IC Leasing. She has over 15 years HR experience covering hi-tech, aerospace, automobile and financing. Mrs. Yan was the HRBO Manager, Ford Motor China, HR Manager, Pratt & Whitney and Sr. HRBP, Varian Semiconductor. Ms. Yan holds the MBA degree from Hongkong-Fudan University. She is also a certified GRP.
