Philip Fei, Human Resources Director, MOEN Asia
Philip Fei has over 20-year experience in the field of Human Resources Management, and now he is taking the role as Human Resources Director Asia in MOEN Kitchen & Batch Co. Ltd. Before that, he worked for several multi-national companies, such as, Intel, Flextronics, IDEX, Tetra Pak by taking various HR leader roles in China and Asia region. He has got Bachelor Degree in physics from the Shanghai University of Science and Technology, MBA from the University of Webster (USA), HR master from Renmin University of China. He is an AMA (USA) Certified Professional Trainer, at the same time he is hired by the Shanghai University MBA college as professional enterprise trainer in Human Resources Management area. He has solid knowledge and rich experience in Human Resources Management and People Management field and especially on intensive M&A HR management. He leverages the theory and practice well during the training with innovative interface and provides the integrated learning and exploration during the courses.
