Mr. Zhang Yiming is currently the HRD for Lujiazui International Trust Co., Ltd. He has been working in finance industry, served in organization such as China Construction Bank Suzhou Branch, Far Eastern Leasing Co., Ltd and Lujiazui International Trust Co., Ltd, with the role as the Credit Section Chief, Risk Control Manager, Director of Executive Office and HR general manager, etc. Started his career with business and experienced career transition, Mr. Zhang is an expert in human resource management who has more than 10 years experience in HR.
Upon his professional knowledge, profound experience, deep understanding of company strategy and comprehensive integration ability, Mr. Zhang provided great supports for business development.
When Zhang Yiming is with Lujiazui International Trust Co., Ltd and Far Eastern Leasing Co., Ltd, he experienced company’s explosive growth. Through implementing the talents pool program, Founding Enterprise University, developing leadership improvement, designing long-term incentive program and partner system, establishing HRmis, restructuring organization process and initiating cultural integration, which highly supported the company’s leaping development.
Zhang Yiming has a Masters Degree of Business Administration in Tongji University. He is appointed to MBA career mentor in Economics and Management Department of Tongji University SAIFF.
