Jenny Wu, Associate Director – HR & Talent, Kohler Asia Pacific Corporate Services. In her current role, Jenny manages COE function of Regional corporate services such as leadership development, talent management, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, key and critical position hiring, and recruiting process. She provides COE support to all business units in Asia including Kohler Kitchen & Bath, Global Faucet, Power and Engine and Interiors. In addition, she is responsible for employee life cycle of Asia regional corporate functions like Finance, IT, Operation Support, Procurement and Internal Audit.
With over 20 years as senior HR leader and corporate HR Specialist and working globally, Jenny has extensive experience and knowledge in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organization Development and Global Leadership Development. Jenny holds a Master degree in Education. She is also certified in Coaching, Hogan, DISC, SLII and DDI.
