Mr. Lan is the Founder of SiDong Field & Leadership Intelligence, who is committed to enhancing Entrepreneur’s business achievement and life quality through the model of Private Advisory Board(PAB). He also innovates an integrated model combining training and coaching to help Executive Team to improve the leadership, and provides one-to-one coaching for Chief Executives.
Before that, Mr. Lan is the Founding CEO of Vistage China. Vistage is the world’s leading CEO Development Organization with over 53 years history and 15,000 CEO members in 16 countries. Mr. Lan successfully introduced it into China and built up a premium community combining CEOs from both MNCs and leading local companies.Mr. Lan is a Pioneer of Executive Search Industry in China. In 1994, from scratch he founded the first local professional Executive Search firm in mainland China, Standard Talent Management Ltd. In 2003, Mr. Lan initiated a successful merger with Manpower Inc., the biggest HR Service company in U.S., leading to a joint venture named as Manpower-Standard Human Resources Ltd., after which he remained as Executive Director. Under his strong leadership, the JV’s revenue has been grown by 15 folds with about 750 professionals in 19 major cities across China, one of the biggest in the industry.
Mr. Lan is a frequent Speaker at various Business Forums contributing thoughts about Executive Development in China, also he is an active Leadership Columnist for renowned business magazines such as Business Review & Human Capital Management etc. and the Author of best-selling books of Decoding PAB & Internal PAB. In the meanwhile, he is the designated CEO Coach of FuDan Management School. Mr. Lan graduates from Central China University of Science & Technology with Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering. In addition he possesses an EMBA degree from Washington University-FuDan University EMBA Program.
