Dr. Aci Ye, Deputy General Manager of HR, Fosun Group, HR General Manager, Fosun Capital
Dr. Aci Ye is the Deputy General Manager of HR in Fosun Group, he is also the HR General Manager in Fosun Capital, before he joined Fosun Group, he had been served Standard Chartered Bank and Alcatel Lucent Shanghai Bell for more than 15 years, with the accumulated experience in HR, he has very good insights in HR area including Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Acquisition etc. Aci is also an active participant in Corporate Social Responsibilities, he is the mentor in MBA Center of Jiao Tong University, a career coach in Shanghai University. He received his Ph.D. degree from Fudan University, and MBA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
