Lois Yang,Total Rewards Head, Envision Energy
Lois Yang joined Envision Energy in November, 2015 and now take charge of the company’s total rewards, including related philosophy and policy formulation, mechanism optimization and operation management regarding to salary, short-term incentive, long-term incentive and supplement benefits. Before joining Envision, Lois Yang was a Principal Consultant in Aon Hewitt (a global human resource management consulting company). She had been with Aon Hewitt for over 10 years. She led the rewards consulting and employee engagement projects, the data business for hi-tech industry, healthcare industry and financial industry early or late. She mainly delivers projects like job evaluation, salary structure design, short-term incentive design, sales incentive design and M&A related projects. Before joining Aon Hewitt, she was responsible for compensation and benefits in a large and comprehensive security company and worked in operation function for a famous global cosmetics company.
She graduated from the EMBA program between Washington University in St.Louis & Fudan University, with the bachelor degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
