Johnny Xiong, Coca-Cola Talent & Development, Greater China and Korea Business Unit
Johnny joined Coca-Cola in 2014, serving the role of Talent & Development in the Greater China and Korea Business Unit. His role primarily covers talent management, career management, performance management, enterprise learning and leadership development, organizational culture and engagement. He is also serving as a faculty member in the Leadership Institute of the Coca-Cola University. Before joining Coco-Coca, Johnny worked in Aperian Global as the Director of Consulting between 2006 and 2014. Johnny established Aperian’s China and APAC operations and provided consulting and training services in Global Leadership, global virtual teams, and cross cultural management, to global clients in Asia, as well as Chinese companies expanding globally. Early in his career, Johnny has experience in project managing renewable energy work, bring global expert teams together. He also co-founded an outsourcing consultancy firm that serviced Scandinavian and German SMEs in the expansion of their operations in Asia. As someone who has lived, studied, and worked in culturally diverse environment most of his life, Johnny’s passion is to see a growing China leadership contribution in global companies that matches its business contribution today and in the future.
