Mr. Andy Zhou has 12+ years HR experiences, with expertise in HR operation management, HR shared services setup, operational excellence, business process outsource and HR system implementation as domain knowledge.
During his career life, Andy worked with Hewitt Associates as a consultant, he also held various positions in Tyco Electronics, Unilever North Asia, Covidien (now Medtronic) Asia Pacific by taking HRBP, HR shared service setup, operation management and continuous improvement related roles. Now he is taking the role as Sr. HR Operation Manager in Coach Asia.
