Eva Hou, Human Resources Vice President, Brose China
Eva Hou has worked in different cooperate functions and thereof more than 10 years’ experience in Human Resources management. She has served in several European companies such as Vorwerk, MANN+HUMMEL and is employed now as Vice President Human Resources for Brose Automotive China. She is especially knowledgeable in automotive industry and acquired Bachelor Degree at Beijing International Studies University and MBA at Tongji University and ENPC France. She is strong at setting up HR team and holistic HR system, forming and promoting company culture and employer brand as well as building up strategic cooperation between business departments and Human resources.
