Olivia Zhao, Vice President of human resources, Autoliv China
Ms. Olivia Zhao has been the Vice President of human resources in Autoliv China since 2005, responsible for the human resource management of China headquarters, R&D center and 17 factories and the compliance and SHEF (EHS and facility) function as well.Olivia joined OBI China as the 1st Chinese employee in 1996 as Vice President, mainly responsible for human resources management in the functions of training & development (OBI Management School) and other administration functions, she also worked crossover as principal of Market & Sales, Finance management etc. Before the experience in OBI China, Olivia had 2-year working experience in Shanghai Representative Office of oversea investment bank, responsible for Human Resources and Finance management, also she had several years working experience about A-share trading and market analysis in domestic security companies. Olivia hold the EMBA degree from CEIBS, she is the member of council in CEIBS Human Resources. Olivia acquired the ACC qualification (Professional Coach) issued by ICF (International Coach Federation) in 2014. Olivia commits herself to the coaching for enterprises and executives, providing more effective methods for the professional development of executive morality and capacity.
