Mr. Shawn Zhang now is the Assistant General Manager of HR Platform Department,Tencent,and the HR Director of Tencent Shanghai, and also plays a role as the HR Director of Tencent Interactive Entertainment. Shawn has more than 14 years’experience in HR Management. Joined in Tencent 8 years ago, Shawn led the HR team to support Tencent Interactive Entertainment team growed from 500 to 5,000. Shawn owned deep perspectives and experiences in HR management ,such as talent acquisition,leadership development, talent development and performance management.He also plays a key role in HRBP system development in Tencent.
