Annie Lim has recently relocated back to Shanghai for her second overseas assignment focus on talent acquisition and setting up new CoE (talent management) for Sanofi APAC region. She has the role to spearhead talent acquisition, career development, employer branding, HR transformation initiatives covering 13 countries in Asia Pacific. Annie has stationed in Shanghai in total for 7 years now. Her past experience covers MNCs, across Industrial, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and professional services industries. Annie advocates learning through sharing her regional experience by presenting in chambers, associations and charitable events. With her strong understanding of Chinese and Western cultures, she enjoys enhancing her knowledge through coaching and training others to be successful.
