Consulting Experience
Lucy has over 20 years of working experiences with organizations in different industries. Lucy has wealth of experiences of diagnosing business issues and root cause, identifying people competency gaps, designing and delivering specific solutions including series of Leadership programs, Career Development, Career Coaching, Change Management, 7 Habits, and other leadership competency based programs. Lucy also helps organizations implement work place training and ensure post training applications including participants’ behavioral change. Her strengths include her deep understanding of varied organizations’ issues and challenges; helping organizations to align leadership development strategic planning with their business strategy and goals. Lucy’s strength is coaching leaders to boost their effectiveness at work and help them navigate well in the organization to achieve their career goals. Lucy’s client partners include IBM, HP, Motorola, Lenovo, Beckman, Manitowoc etc. Before joining Right Management, she was an Asia regional consultant for employee learning and development at Nortel. As the Regional consultant, she played the role to support Nortel strategies through developing people. She had also been a R&D project manager in a Health Care institute for 6 years and national sales and marketing manager to lead a team with 28 people in a computer science company. Lucy has a strong belief in clients’ creativity and resourcefulness, an effective coach is i. to support people enhancing their skills, utilizing the right resources to unleash their potential and creativity through constant discovery, clarifying and learning; ii. to elicit people generating solutions and strategies by themselves; iii. to hold them responsible and accountable for their decision making. Lucy is experienced in doing consulting work with companies in mainly in IT, pharmaceutical and energy industries. Her coached leaders mostly come from R&D, sales and marketing and are at the director level or above.
