George Wang,China Managing Director, Randstad
Mr. George Wang joined Randstad, the second largest global HR service provider in March 2008. He is now appointed as the managing director of Randstad China. In this role he is responsible for all Randstad business in China including strategic planning, marketing & sales, service operation, finance and IT. Prior to joining Randstad, George took various senior management positions in marketing, sales and service in several multinational companies, including leading IT and HR industry players such as IBM, HP and Manpower. With his deep understandings of China local market and his vast management experience in multinational companies, George led his teams to achieve hyper growth in the past years. George got his Master Degree in Computer Science from Xidan Univerisity in 1992. He attended the Senior Executive Program in INSEAD, France in 2010. He now also serves as the vice Chairman of Shanghai HR Consulting Association and secretary general of HROS, a leading HR service alliance.
