Arnold focuses on cross cultural Human Resources Management. He has accumulated both theoretical and practical knowledge in Staffing, Rewards(C&B) and Generalist (HRBP) roles in both commercial and manufacturing settings in Morgan Stanley, L’Oreal and Schneider Electric. He is well-versed in Human Resource strategic initiatives with hands-on attitude. His career background includes 15+ years in Human Resources with leading global organizations under Chinese, French, US and Japanese Corporate Cultures. He was involved and managed many global M&A integration and harmonization projects. He got his degree in HR and Industrial Relations from University of Minnesota with full fellowship.
