Serena Ping, Human Resources Director, Hilti Greater China
Serena Ping, HR Director of Hilti Greater China, is part-time MBA tutor of KEDGE Business School and East China Normal University. She has over 20 years’ rich experiences in overall Human Resources functions including talent attraction and hiring, talent management, compensation and benefits, leadership and organization development. Her Human Resources experience spans various industries including manufacturing, marketing and sales organization, and HR consulting. She has worked for several MNCs such as AonHewitt, Avery Dennison and Duracell. She successfully worked out several human resources projects with good implementation, which helped to turn around the business and lead to stable development together with management team. Her HR team was named “2012-2013 China Best HR Team”, which is in recognition of HR team who helps company to establish the most competitive employer brand and build a sound human resources system. In 2015, Hilti China wins the prize of "2015 China Recruiting and Staffing Value Awards: Best Selection", demonstrated best practice in talent selection.
