Cindy Yan, certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), is currently HRBO Manager of Ford Asia Pacific MS&S. She has been working in Hi-tech industry various for almost 15 years from software, electronic to semiconductor industries and aerospace. Her expertise are compensation & benefits, labor relationship and organization development. She was granted UTC Eagle Award in 2012 for outstanding performance in change management. Cindy Yan holds an IMBA Degree from Fudan- HongKong University and Bachelor Degree from Soochow University.
