Victoria possesses a depth of HR experiences in HR strategy, leadership & talent development, organization diagnosis, M&A. She has gained an ideal balance of strategy and implementation as a reliable partner to business in both multinational companies and local companies. On her current position of Cisco Greater China HR Director, Victoria is part of Greater China Senior Leadership Team, playing instrumental role in organization & talent strategy to business leaders. Prior to Cisco, Victoria successively worked in Microsoft as Greater China People & Organization Capability Director, established Organization & Talent Development function in Novartis Pharma Greater China region, served as HR Director for Lenovo IT Services Business Group. Victoria is also member of Psychological Capital Committee in Beijing ZhongGuanCun Talent Association. Victoria holds Master Degree of Business Management from the Capital University of Economics & Business and EMBA from CEIBS.
