Rachel Ji, Senior HR Director, Bertelsmann China Corporate Center
Rachel Ji, Senior HR Director of Bertelsmann China Corporate Center, joined DirectGroup, Bertelsmann’s largest division in China for heading Corporate Communications in 2000, and Human Resources in 2003. She set up the Corporate Human Resource function when Bertelsmann China Corporate Center was established in 2008. Ms. Ji has been dedicated to HR initiatives for new business entry into China, existing businesses’ restructuring and transformation, as well as 50 local internet portfolios invested by BAI, the corporate investments. Significant efforts on employer branding and talent development also bring great value to the business. She is a member of Bertelsmann Management Representation Committee responsible for corporate culture development crossing divisions and countries. Rachel Ji has a EMBA degree from HEC, and B.A. from Shanghai Normal University.
