Alan graduated from Peking University in 1999 with a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology, and then obtained his Doctoral Degree from Shanghai Second Medical University in 2002. He has well been trained by American Minuchin Family Therapy Center and German Freud Research Center.
Alan had been working as a therapist in university and mental health center.before became an EAP consultant in 2003. He provided EAP service for many MNCs in China including Du Pont, Intel, IBM, Dow, Lenovo et al. He has been senior consultant in Human Dynamic between 2003 to 2007. Since 2007, he joined Psychcn-Chestnut Global Partners as great regional manager and Medical director.
His strengths are in handling clients with work-related issues, adjustment problem, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, child problem as well as marital problems. He is also an expert in crisis intervention. Alan has conducted training courses such as stress management, work-life balance, conflict management, mental health in workplace and coaching for general employees, moderate level managers and top managers of multinational corporations. He is very experienced as a human resource partner in helping managers to deal with personal related issues, which have affected their working performance. |
