Linda Wang Sanofi China Training & Development Director
Working in the pharmaceutical industry for 20 years, Linda is currently Director of Training and Development of Sanofi China. After she joined the company in 2008, she was appointed Director of Training and Development, leading a training and development team of more than 76 people to provide staff training and development for the whole company (pharmaceuticals and vaccines), to establish the competence model of the company at all levels (medical representatives, regional managers, Marketing Department, Department of Commerce, Training and Development Department), to build the training system, to implement training programs, to build an e-learning platform, and actively participate in the activities of the company, such as personnel screening, corporate culture, and performance management. In three years, the training and development team she leads has cultivated for the company more than 20 national sales directors, marketing directors, regional managers, regional managers, and regional marketing managers, making her department the talent center of the company. She has worked in the Hospital of Shanghai Construction, MSD, the BITP, and AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., in the capacities of endocrinologists, pharmaceutical representatives, regional manager, training manager, and sales development manager. When she entered the consulting industry in 2006-2007, her business covered personnel training, and evaluation of the high potential talent, counseling, change management, and sales skills. At that time, she helped build a promotion assessment center and human resources development center. Ms. Wang graduated from the Shanghai No. 2 Medical University, and obtained her EMBA degree from the Smith Business School of the University of Maryland. She has also attended a psychology course at East China Normal University. |
