Julie has over 20 years experience in senior HR leadership roles in Global Fortune 500 companies. Her career in multinational organizations spans hospitality industry, Chemical Industry, IT Industry, Automotive Industry in multinational & global organizations.
Julie possesses deep command of the HR generalist role. She also has a thorough understanding of the HR function's scope and impact on the critical success factors that ensure sustainable business growth. This would include workforce strategy, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, leadership capability development, learning, organizational capability development and employee engagement.
She is an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified Coach with over 100 hours coaching senior level leaders from Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and other region. She is an advisor to the IBM Strategy &Transformation, workforce strategy, M&A, and talent acquisition. In addition, she is the mentor to the China European International Business School(CEIBS)MBA,EMBA students, and vice chair of CEIBS HR Study and Research Group. |
