Ms. Serena Ping is the HR Director of Hilti China. She is taking in charge of overall Human Resources functions including talent attraction, Compensation and Benefit,Talent Management, Leadership and Organization Development.Serena has over 19 years Human Resources experience spanning various industries including HR consulting, Manufacturing, marketing and sales organization. She has worked for companies such as Duracell, Gillette, Avery Dennison and Hewitt.Serena graduated with distinction from the University of Western Sydney with a MBA degree. |
