Jonathan Delphi Packard(APAC) HR Director
Jonathan joined Delphi Packard in 2006 as HR Director AP. He heads a team of about 200 HR professionals in AP region to provide HR solutions that contribute significantly to Delphi’s mission and strategic objectives.Prior to joining Delphi, he spent 18 years in human resource management in multinational companies covering different industries (ever worked in Human Resource for Unilever, Honeywell, DuPont Fibers, Carrier China and National Starch & Chemicals). |

Delphi Packard Electric Systems Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 and headquartered in Shanghai International Automobile City. It is currently the largest supplier for passenger car harness and the second largest supplier for automobile connector system in China to establish an independent full-service capability, including product development, application, production and localization. Delphi Packard Electric Systems consists of two business units and is covering three product lines: Delphi Electrical / Electronic Distribution System (automotive wiring harness), Delphi connector system and Delphi electric center. Delphi Packard China is supplying components tomost of the major vehicle manufacturers originated from America, Europe, Korea, Japan and local brands. Delphi Packard has set up 12 manufacturing facilities, located in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Changchun, Baicheng, Yantai, Wuhan, Chengdu, Chongqing and Nantong, with over 20,000 employees. |
