Mrs. Rose Zhang works as Director of Human Resources with Amway (China) Co., Ltd. Rose started her career in the field of Human Resources in 1993 and joined Amway in 1996. During 20 years’ HR experience, she has successively been in charge of training and development, talent management, talent acquisition, corporate culture and employment brand, where she’s acquired resourceful professional expertise. Currently, Rose is responsible for Amway China’ talent acquisition, employment brand and culture building, and plays the role of Human Resources Business Partner for functional departments.
