Tommy Li Amway Greater China & APAC Compensation Director Tommy Li is a Free-lance Consultant. He was the Compensation Director for Amway Greater China & APAC region. Prior to join Amway, Mr. Li had a long career in HR consulting industry and worked for Hay Group and Mercer Consulting. As an experienced consultant, his clients cover SOE, Private Enterprise and MNC. Mr. Li’s expertise includes Job Management, Organization Design, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Competency Modeling and Leadership Development. Mr. Li had led the Mercer HR practice surveys in China from 2007. From that time, he had provided the compensation market surveys and related consulting services for many companies. After he joined Amway, his job focuses on global compensation principle implementation, China compensation & benefit operation, and Total Rewards set-up which aim to talent attraction and retention.
Mr. Li graduated from Nanjing Normal University and obtained his Master of Law. He also studied for 1 year in the Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies. |
