Wolfgang has more than 20 years seasoned HR leadership and practice experience. As a senior HR leader and consultant, he has worked for some well known multinational companies specialized in real estate, HR consulting and Hi-Tech industry. He had conducted and provided human resource consulting and solutions for many multinational and JV companies. He is an expert at labor laws and human resources policies including the seasoned experiences to handle labor issues during acquisition and merge. He is familiar both eastern and western culture in multinational company and domestic company.
Since 2006, Wolfgang holds the position of Vice President Human Resources-China in Ivanhoe Cambridge China. Ivanhoe Cambridge Group is one of 10 largest real estate companies in the world. Before that, as Senior HR advisor-Mainland China, he worked for APC China. American Power Conversion (APC) by Schneider Electronics is a global leader in power availability solution in IT industry. He also has been worked for BriTay Inc. Shanghai office as Managing Consultant and Director of HR consulting and service.
