Jiang Meng Thomas Senior Consultant
Ms Jiang obtained a Master degree of psychology of Scientifically Oriented Psychology, Bachelor degree of psychology of Peking University. Ms. Jiang’s previous career was recruiting manager, training manager and HR director in Langchao, Chinasoft and CA, she has rich practical experience in HR functions during those years.
So far Ms. Jiang is the EDP manager of Thomas International China, she provided training and HR management consulting and solutions for many famous enterprises. She is specialized in the design and implementation of assessment centre solution for developing and innovating company as well as some cross-culture companies. By her recent service experience, she received good feedback on staff development planning. Ms. Jiang did as many as analyze and research on clients’ need from all aspects, fulfilled their needs maximally through appropriate and efficient undertaking procedures. She extends the value of the services of the company in terms of appliance.
So far, Ms. Jiang has provided consulting service for dozens of companies. Meanwhile, she gave speech in many professional seminar and workshop and won the clients reorganization. The famous enterprises she has served include HP、GE、MESTO、IPSOS、KAPPA、Mary Kay Sina, China Mobile, China CAMC and so on.
