Jane Chen HRM PepsiCo Jane Chen is now a Senior HR Manager, Systems in PepsiCo China.Before joining PepsiCo, she had worked on compensation & benefits management and HR Shared Services Operation in world leading manufacturing companies, and previously, as the operation manager in a world leading HR service and consulting firm.
During her professional service experience, Jane has successfully serviced various needs in consulting, outsourcing, corporate C&B and HR shared services areas. Her project experience included measurement responsibilities in compensation &benefits studies, market pricing, HR due diligence before M&A, C&B integration post M&A, C&B policy harmonization, operation process standardization and reengineering, HR system implementation and enhancement, HR operation excellence & continuous improvement, and customer services, etc. Her industry experience covers pharmaceutical, medical devices, FMCG, high-tech, automotive, and the American/German /British/Australian/French/Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou.
Jane graduated from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, with a major in Industrial Foreign Trade. |
