Bonnie Zhao Pentair Water HRD,Greater China and Rest of Asia Bonnie Zhao is now working as the Human Resources Director, Greater China and Rest of Asia for Pentair Water. In Pentair water, her main responsibility is to provide HR leadership to the company by partnering closely with business unit leader and cross-functional peers to create organizational capability through talent building and management, organization effectiveness, performance management, rewards and employee relations. She is also closely involved in the Merge & Acquisition projects in Asia from due diligence until integration period from the HR aspect. Before Pentair company, Bonnie worked as the Human Resources Manager Asia Pacific for Akzo Nobel Polymer Chemicals Business Unit. Bonnie graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1997. |
