AMPOS Solutions was founded by Victor and his friend Bancha Dhammarungruang in 2014 and focuses on the People Development sector in China and Asia. Its’ mission is to “help people do better” through its’ software solutions specifically around any companies with a large labor-intensive workforce. It currently serves numerous publicly listed companies in China, Taiwan, and Thailand through it’s 100-person team.
Victor is trying to transform the traditional HR experience through a simple/useful/executable software platform for labor intensive companies. The AMPOS Mobile People Development Platform is built for medium to large companies with large non-desk workforces. AMPOS believes rapid smartphone adoption creates a unique opportunity to better manage and maximize the value generated by factory workers using a clean, easy, and state of the art solution.
